We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our legitimate records — generally up to 24 months from our last contact with you. Where the law requires, certain records are retained for a minimum of one year. You may ask us to erase your data earlier, subject to legal retention obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted providers to run this website and to store enquiries in a private, access-controlled database — Vercel (website hosting) and Turso (the private enquiry database). They process data only on our instructions and under contract.

Your rights

You may access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to act for you, and raise a grievance. To exercise a right, contact our grievance officer (below). We respond within the timelines required by law (grievances within 90 days).
