Sandeep is an alumnus of the College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET), a Registered ITPI Town Planner, and an Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA). As the Founder and Principal Architect of BYT Architects, he leads a design practice recognised with an award in 2025 for its architectural excellence.
With a strong focus on contemporary architecture, planning, and digital design workflows, Sandeep works closely with clients across India and internationally, including projects and collaborations in the UAE and the UK. He has also contributed to architectural education as a Visiting Faculty at Marian College of Architecture and Planning.

Sanjay J Kumar is an alumnus of Marian Engineering College and a BIM Specialist at BYT Architects, specialising in Building Information Modelling (BIM), 3D visualisation, architectural renderings, and working drawings.
With expertise in digital design workflows, working drawings, and project coordination, he plays a key role in translating architectural concepts into accurate, detailed, and construction-ready solutions.
